Is there a navigable water route, at present, from lough Neagh to Dublin?
The Lower Bann is navigable from Lough Neagh north to the sea, near Coleraine; two right turns will bring you to the Irish Sea; head south for Dublin. Waterways Ireland runs the Lower Bann as far as Coleraine; its page is here. bjg
