    Apparently they really are about to rebuild lock 1 at Stranmillis on the Lagan. They have money and everything! There’s actual planning applications and city council plans for marinas in Lisburn! Apparently the fact that the Lower Bann currently only sees about 30 boat passengers per year has not dented their business plan. http://www.lagannavigationtrust.org/first-lock-built-belfast-250-years/
