Irish waterways history 
This is great news Brian: Jill and I walked the Suir’s towpath, including the contentious lengths, with a group of Carrick on Suir and Clonmel residents in August 2011 in order to publicise the ‘enclosure’ of public space by a few landowners.
So I’m delighted to see the campaign goes on, and with the council’s support.
