I personally have no problems with rewards ( bonusing ) for excellence in achievement…..just as long as they are visable by the majority, without having to be explained. Executed with fiscal responsibility and Reasonable in Nature. Were these conditions actually present or caused due to ” smoke & mirrors? “
Gosh, that took a long time to be paid! And nothing for 2008 or 2009 or is he still waiting for that?
