    Anything that starts with ‘Our Mission Statement’ really sets the scene.

  4. I think a lot of public service bodies have, or had, such policies, setting out what you can expect and what to do if you’re dissatisfied. I think it’s a reasonable thing to do and better than the old days, when you got just a single point of contact and an illegibly signed “Mise le meas”. bjg
