I commend their policy, so I was surprised when overnighting in Scariff last summer (in the shadow of their impressive offices) that there was no refuse or recycling facilities provided for mariners.
Has anyone any idea how consistent its application is? Which harbours have bins provided by WI? Which have them provided by local authorities or others? And which have none?
And how many boats have the capacity to carry a fortnight’s rubbish?
